The Embassy of Albania in the United States is in a survival crisis, practically bankrupt and completely unable to ensure the daily livelihood of diplomats, let alone perform its diplomatic function. “Gazeta Shqiptare” today publishes in full the letter signed by Ambassador Gilbert Galanxhi, addressed on 3 March 2013 to the Secretary General at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Gazmend Turdiu, with Prime Minister Sali Berisha and Foreign Minister Edmond Panariti also informed, in which the entire serious situation is made public. A copy of this letter was made public yesterday by TCH.
