It is a new war within the same family, where yesterday’s brothers have become sworn enemies of one another. But it is also an old war that is repeating itself on the right with the same central protagonist, the communist secretary of the PD, who, just as that poem says, “grew old but never let go” of the vices that from the very beginning defined the banality of evil embodied in his leadership...
