In an exclusive interview for “Gazeta Shqiptare”, Karen Lvovsky, World Bank Resident Representative in Albania, clarifies the nature of the assistance the WB has provided so far to the Albanian government on property issues and on further cooperation. According to the WB representative, the World Bank is currently supporting a project for land administration and management, while in a report from last September, now being attacked by former owners, its experts focused on the problems of systematic registration of property titles, the process of legalizing unauthorized construction, the return and compensation of former owners....
