By ABEDIN KAJA The OSCE Ambassador, Eugen Volfart, yesterday suggested dialogue to the country’s political class on the issue of the CEC member, while Ilirian Muho recommended the continuation of work in this institution. During a visit to Berat, he declared that the decision of the Legal Affairs Committee to remove CEC member Ilirian Muho from office was still in the process of consulting the legal basis on which the DP’s request was initiated. “What has happened so far is that the legal committee has taken a decision to propose the withdrawal of one of the members. So, it is not a valid decision for the members. He, meanwhile, according to the majority of interpretations, may continue to participate in CEC meetings, for the time being. I am aware that clarifications are being made regarding the legal basis on which any further decision may be taken, so more time is passing and this issue may be taken up again on Monday by Parliament.
