All technical aspects have now been defined, while the Central Election Commission is taking care to guarantee a free and equal electoral process for all party members throughout the country. The head of the Organization Department in the Democratic Party, and also one of the technical members of the CEC, Alberto Viduli, confirmed yesterday to “Gazeta Shqiptare” that everything is proceeding normally, respecting the deadlines set for the 22 July elections. He says the ballot papers will also have security features. “Everything is proceeding according to the deadlines set by the CEC. Work is under way to set up the polling centers, while the zonal commissions have not yet been established and have a set deadline, which will be respected in due time. Continues on pages 2-3
