She has not graduated in Finance and does not have 10 years of work experience in this sector The Deputy Minister of Defence Zana Xhuka, decreed by the president as the proposal for the head of the ILDKP, does not meet the criteria to lead this institution. Her candidacy for the head of the ILDKP is in contradiction with Law No. 9049, dated 10.4.2003, “On the declaration and control of assets, financial obligations, of elected officials and certain public servants.” In Article 12 of the above-mentioned law, in the point “Conditions for being elected Inspector General, a candidate who meets the following conditions may be elected: a) be an Albanian citizen; b) have higher education, as a financial economist or lawyer; c) have work experience in the profession of not less than 10 years and be over 35 years old; ç) not have been convicted of criminal offences; d) not have been dismissed from work or from the civil service with a disciplinary measure.
