There are chances for a third term” After nearly 18 years of having de facto “abandoned” the Democratic Party, Eduard Selami, its former chairman, has returned once and for all by drawing close again to Berisha. In an interview with journalist Blendi Fevziu on “Opinion” on Tv Klan, Selami emphasized the fact that he had never formally left the PD and that even today he is a member of the PD National Council. Do you have a specific invitation to become involved in politics? I have never left for good, but that does not mean that with every campaign that comes I am eager to get closer. Have you had offers before? I have had contacts and suggestions, but they were never formalized. Were invitations lacking, or was the will lacking? I would not say my will was lacking, but I would say that my position is somewhat delicate because I have been away. But I am part of the PD structures, I am a member of the PD National Council....
