The Democratic Party has made changes to the list of current MPs in these two districts. In the new list, for the 23 June elections, the inclusion of young candidates and the re-candidacy of some current MPs stand out. The Shkodër district list is headed by the deputy leader of the PD, Jozefina Topalli, followed by Fatbardh Spahia, former Deputy Minister of Health, currently Secretary-General to President Nishani. Third on the list is the current MP, Gjon Uldedaj, who is running in the Bushat area. The new candidate is economist Benecit i akter[i?] on the list.
