By AURORA KOROMANI The main lead of the Tirana Police in the case of 10-year-old Julian Çela is murder, ruling out the possibility of organ trafficking. Although rumors are circulating that the little boy may have ended up as part of some organ trafficking operation, in a brief statement to “Gazeta Shqiptare”, the head of the capital’s Police Directorate, Bernard Çaushaj, states that “the investigations have focused on the theory that Julian Çela was killed”. Moreover, Çaushaj emphasizes that police forces are focused on finding the boy’s body. “Other cases in which Prrenjasi is suspected to have been involved are also under investigation.
