Jonathan Moore, Director of the Office for Southern Central European Affairs at the State Department, called on the Albanian political parties to hold the elections on 23 June. Meanwhile, former ambassador Withers stated yesterday that the majority will steal the elections, while Moore replied by saying that when he was in Albania all sides, including the opposition, had declared that they would win the elections.
