PD: PS, an alliance with Dritan Dajti and Arben Frroku By KLODIANA LALA Arben Frroku, the suspect in the Serious Crimes Prosecutor’s Office investigation for the murder of chief commissioner Dritan Lamaj, is on the list of candidates for deputy in the parliamentary elections of 23 June 2013. Such a fact is confirmed by his brother, Mark Frroku. “Arben is on the list of candidates for deputy. The registration will be carried out according to the law, at the Central Election Commission, within the set deadline, which is 5 May. As is known, Arben will run in the Shkodër district, under the banner of the Christian Democratic Party,” Mark Frroku told “GSH”. The fact that businessman Frroku is behind bars, after strong suspicions that he killed the chief commissioner with whom he had had earlier conflicts, does not in any way prevent him from being part of the list of candidates for deputy, since he has not been convicted and is presumed innocent.
