According to the chief registrar, together with the initial registration process of properties and the transfer of property-related actions to notary offices, the property issue has made an important step forward in the security and transparency of their ownership. Qirjako also explains the impact that the new developments have on the legalization process of informal constructions as well as on the physical restitution-compensation process for property, a process expected to start very soon.
