The U.S. ambassador, Aleksandër Arvizu, invited yesterday to the program “Opinion” by journalist Blendi Fevziu on TV Klan, declared that “turnover is a good principle.”
Is it calmer than you expected or more problematic, this campaign?
It has been a difficult campaign to understand because I have spoken with many people to understand the issues.
You were almost a half-counter in unit no. 5 in the previous local elections. I hope you won’t be counting votes anymore?
I hope this does not happen again.
Was the dismissal of the CEC member a mistake?
It was very problematic; I have spoken publicly about this. Mr. Reeker has spoken about it. The overall assessment was that it was a procedure with many questions. We all understood that when LSI left the governing coalition, it marked an unusual circumstance. Political parties should have addressed this situation.
