The chairman of the PS, Edi Rama, during the event organized yesterday at the “Palace of Congresses,” compared the observers with the slogan “Tirana of Everyone,” and promised free legalization of informal constructions. “Families will not pay a single penny for legalization. The state will cover all costs of the legalization process. For informal settlements, legalization will be free,” Rama promised. Then the PS chairman exposed as lies Prime Minister Berisha’s statements that he had called the newcomers from northern Albania “cavemen.” “Saliu is lying about the word cavemen.
