The independent candidate
in the Vlore district,
Arben Malaj declared yesterday
that he will use his parlia-
mentary mandate to vote for
the opposition government,
but not for a government of
personal buddies and friends.
In an interview with “Gazeta
Shqiptare”, Malaj said that
the decision to run as an in-
dependent candidate was
“necessary, because Rama
personally decided to remove
three people from Vlore from
the Vlore list”. He said that
Vlore has given him pride and
independence, while he him-
self will give it love and dedi-
cation. “Mr. Malaj, we have
entered the final week of the
election campaign. How diffi-
cult has it been for you, since
you are an independent can-
didate in the Vlore district?
