In an interview with “Gazeta Shqiptare”, Fatmir Tafaj, chairman of the Civil Service Commission, explains the phenomenon of dismissals in the civil administration, as well as the impact that the law “On the Civil Servant” will have in this context. Tafaj stresses that this law increases employment guarantees so as not to become the target of mass dismissals. The new legislation provides for the expansion of the scope of the civil service law.
