Referring to what LSI candidate Vangjel Tavo said in Gjirokastër, that “after the elections LSI will take 40% of power,” as well as Naco’s statements about Meta as prime minister, Nasufi wanted to clarify his position before the citizens. Also in his role as head of the election штаb for the parliamentary elections of 23 June, Nasufi said that statements made a few days earlier by LSI representatives Nasip Naço and Vangjel Tavo are merely individual wishes and not part of the PS-LSI agreement. “The signing of the PS-LSI coalition is an important event for the Albanian left, because it brings the vote back to its natural place, but there are no such agreements as Naço and Tavo have stated.
