The former PD headquarters is handed over to the Municipality By VALENTINA MADANI Prime Minister Sali Berisha has issued an internal order, through which he asks the political staff to vacate the offices by 31 August for their left-wing successors. Sources close to the prime minister say that Mr. Berisha a few days ago summoned the Head of Protocol, Nadia Qesja, to his office, asking her to convey the order to all political staff. This includes advisers and directors, who under the order must vacate their offices by 31 August and prepare all the documentation that will be ready for officials of the Socialist Party and the new prime minister, Edi Rama. Such an order clearly implies the unconditional resignation of the political appointees who have worked with Mr. Berisha and, in this case, the order does not concern the rest of the civil administration of the Prime Ministry.....
