Father’s disappearance, Fatbardha: My brother’s wife killed him

For 14 years, Fatbardha
Jonuzi, a resident of
Kelçyrë, has been searching for her father
who disappeared without a trace.
The story began in December of
year 1999, when 73-year-old Jonuz
Shehu left his son’s house and
since then the event has remained a mystery. Mean-
while, the daughter of the missing old man
suspects that her father was
killed by his brother and the wife of
the latter. In an interview
for “Gazeta Shqiptare”,
Fatbardha Jonuzi states that
for years she has been going from door
to door of the police, prosecutor’s office and
court, in order to discover the
truth about her father’s disappearance.
She appeals to the justice authorities to
uncover the event, to find the place where his
remains are buried. Mrs.
Fatbardha, what happened to
