The ODIHR observation mission made it clear to the Albanian political class that they will be election observers and not arbiters of the electoral process. The ODIHR international long-term observation team officially began its mission in Albania yesterday to monitor the parliamentary elections of 23 June. The team is headed by American expert Conny McCormack, who today presented in Tirana the work of the mission for monitoring the elections in our country.
