Facing a panel of journalists, Mr. Basha announced the start of the strongest protest on Monday at 2:00 p.m., from the PD headquarters toward the Prime Minister’s Office, to stop the violation of Albanians’ votes. Mr. Basha today in Parliament was distributing “money” and these things we see in the television report are the banknotes distributed by the PD... We did not distribute them. We sent them to you by e-mail. Don’t you hate these successes, Mr. Rama, as if they were banknotes? How is it possible, but that is a decision that is not up to me.
