For the first time, an assessment of the representative performance of the prosecution body across the country will be carried out. “GSh” has managed to obtain the draft act that has reached the hands of all heads of the Prosecution Office, who will fill it out separately for each subordinate and then hand it over to the Prosecutor General. The head of the Prosecution Office or his deputy draws up the preliminary draft of the assessment, evaluating the prosecutor against each assessment criterion, both descriptively and in tabular form, (shown below) for all the criteria that will be used for the professional and moral assessment of the prosecutor....
