The prosecution, an accusation against businessman Arben Frroku who was extradited in November from Greece By KLODIANA LALA The Serious Crimes Prosecutor’s Office has secured the testimony of a person who claims to have seen businessman Arben Frroku in the car from which Dritan Lamaj was shot dead on the evening of 24 February 2013. The person, whose name cannot be made public for investigative reasons, has been placed under police protection and is considered a “witness of justice”. He is expected to testify in the case against Frroku. This protected witness claims that on the night of the घटना, he was together with his wife near the scene, where his brother and the finger Frroku as a participant in the crime. The prosecution is extremely reserved in providing information, because of concern for the witness’s safety. Meanwhile, Democratic Christian Party MP Mark Frroku told “GSH” that the witness in question is being manipulated by the prosecution and that they have strong evidence proving the innocence of his brother Arben Frroku.
