The independent candidate
in the Vlora district,
Arben Malaj stated yesterday
that he will use his second
parliamentary term to vote
for an opposition government,
but not a government of
personal cronies and friends.
In an interview with “Gazeta
Shqiptare”, Malaj said that
the decision to run as an
independent candidate was
“mandatory, because Rama
personally decided to remove
three Vlora natives from the
Vlora list”. He said that
Vlora has given him pride and
independence, while he himself
will give it love and dedication.
