For the first time, an assessment of the performance of the prosecution body across the country will be conducted. “GSH” has obtained the draft act that has reached the desks of all heads of the Prosecution Office, who will fill it out separately for each subordinate and then submit it to the Prosecutor General. “The head of the Prosecution Office or his deputy draws up the preliminary draft evaluation act, assessing the prosecutor against each evaluation criterion, both in general and in tabular form, (shown below) for all the criteria that will be used for the professional and moral evaluation of the prosecutor....
