I seek acquittal in the Supreme Court By KLODIANA LALA Mihal Delijorgji, former administrator of “Albademil”, convicted by the court as one of the people responsible for the tragedy of 15 March 2008 in Gërdec, in the prison cells, was “washing his hands” of responsibility in Albanian. The businessman crossed the threshold of Vaqarri prison at 16:00, after nine days earlier the Tirana আদালt accepted his request for a reduced sentence. The court “forgave” Delijorgji 70 days in prison, which allowed him to regain his freedom. In an interview for “GSH”, Mihal Delijorgji said that Gërdec was not an accident, but sabotage. He stated that he feels sorry for the victims of Gërdec, especially the children. The former administrator of “Albademil” stated that he will return to the world of business... Mr. Delijorgji, you regained your freedom after completing the sentence for the serious event of 15 March 2008. How do you feel? Yes, that’s true. I have completed my sentence. I was released from Vaqarri prison on 20 March, at 16:00. In fact, I stayed in prison four days... Continues on page 5
