In February Nishani decreed the “relinquishment”, in November the “reacquisition” By AURORA KOROMANI MP Igli Cara, the first person to arrive at the scene where the tragic accident that took the life of MP Sokol Olldashi occurred, tells “Gazeta Shqiptare” all the details, from the moment he learned of the accident until the moment he was confronted with the shocking truth of his best friend’s death. “I personally alerted the police from my phone about the accident. By the time I arrived at the scene, the car had overturned,” Cara says. He also explains that when the car doors were opened, only Sokol Olldashi’s body was inside. “When we arrived, we could not find Sokoli’s body, the doors would not open. Only when the police arrived did we understand that Sokoli had died and that in the car there was only his body,” MP Igli Cara tells Gazeta.
