Jonathan Moore, Director of the Office for Southern Central European Affairs at the State Department, called on Albanian political parties to conclude the elections on 23 June. Meanwhile, former ambassador Withers declared yesterday that the governing majority would steal the elections, while Moore replied by saying that when he was in Albania all sides, including the opposition, had declared that they would win the elections.
