Just a few days after the official statements by Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama and the joint Rama-Erdogan visit to Kosovo, two cooperation agreements are being signed between the states. Thus, the government, under the leadership of Prime Minister Edi Rama, yesterday approved in principle the military financial cooperation agreement between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the government of the Republic of Turkey, and the protocol for the implementation of financial aid between the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Albania and the government of the Republic of Turkey. The military financial cooperation agreement consists of the donation, by the Turkish side, of an amount of 2,275,000 Turkish lira, equivalent to $1,137,500, for the purchase of military materials and equipment, visits, training and staff courses, and as a contribution to the modernization project of Kuçova Airport.
