This is confirmed by his brother, Mark Frroku. “Arben is on the list of candidates for parliament. Registration will be carried out according to the law, at the Central Election Commission, within the set deadline, which is 5 May. As is known, Arben will run in the Shkodër district, under the banner of the Christian Democratic Party,” Mark Frroku told “GSH”. The fact that the businessman Frroku is behind bars, after strong suspicions over the killing of the chief commissioner with whom he had previously been in conflict, does not in any way prevent him from being part of the list of parliamentary candidates, since he has not been convicted and is presumed innocent.
