Fate Velaj: Berisha congratulated me when I was chosen “Citizen of Europe” Prime Minister Edi Rama did not ask for the opposition’s cooperation to make the necessary changes to the Civil Servant Law and have it approved in Parliament. In an interview for “Voice of America”, Rama said: “We do not have purge plans. We have a great state-building project”. Mr. Rama, before you received the Parliament’s votes, you said that you had finished setting the milestones for the first 100 days and 300 days of the government. What will be the first interventions, the first goals that you have? In practice you have already started. The work of the first 100 days has begun, work in every direction, with concrete actions in every field, actions aimed at deeply shaking up an entire administration that is completely drowsy, demotivated[?] and that has lost the ability to work and on which we will rely strongly.
