The boy, who in fact was never accepted by the Rama family as part of it, is asking the court to order his father’s two brothers to pay him non-pecuniary damages for the harm caused by their constant insults not only to the memory of his father, but also to the dignity of the minor, by refusing to recognize him as part of the family. The two uncles of the minor, Besnik and Luan Rama, have from the outset contested the fact that Endi Rama is the son of their brother, Fatmir Rama, who was executed at the “Kartodrom 2000” complex, casting doubt on his paternity.
