It has been spoken and written about in a one-sided and incomplete way, because the direct involvement of the communist authorities of Albania in this massacre has not been examined, due to a lack of data and documents, but also because the truth was concealed. The Yugoslav state, although it was the designer and executor of the massacre, has acknowledged it, even if only as accidental and unexpected, but it has nevertheless drawn some conclusions and some responsibilities....
