How reductions are made by ministerial instruction Yesterday the government approved the law on career in the Armed Forces, which for the first time sets out in detail the years of service and the age of each member of the force for promotion in rank. The law aims to define the criteria for admission to the Armed Forces, the rank order, advancement in rank and career, the termination of military career, as well as the authorities responsible for career development in the Armed Forces. If you do not advance in rank, according to the law, you are placed in reserve. “Military personnel, upon their admission to active military service, sign a contract. For military personnel/soldiers: the contract is concluded for a term of not less than 3 years with the right of renewal. The duration of the renewal of the contract is three years and must not exceed the maximum age specified in article 14 of this law.
