The incident was recorded on 15 September in the capital, when a quantity of tritoli was placed in Fatmir Vladi’s car, seriously endangering his life, but causing no material damage or injuries to people. The incident was kept secret by the police authorities, but was only revealed yesterday by sources close to the blue uniforms.
