Last September he was shot in the leg inside a casino By AURORA KOROMANI The former director of the CEZ-Shpërndarje branch in the city of Laç, Viktor Skeja, was executed with a burst of automatic gunfire. The incident was recorded at around 3:30 p.m. yesterday near 'Shkolla e Kuqe' in the capital, while the 47-year-old victim was getting into the car that had been parked there for several hours. Skeja is believed to have been shot dead at the moment he was getting into his car, an 'Audi A4' with license plates AA 363 FM, parked on 'Riza Cerova' street. Sources from the blue-uniformed police say that, based on the preliminary investigation and the dynamics of the incident, it is suspected that two people approached the victim in a vehicle, a black 'Golf 3', which is believed to have had Kosovo license plates. This was the second attack on the 47-year-old, since in September last year, two masked men shot Skeja while he was in a casino. Continues on page 7
