The instruction gives institutions 10 days to make the payment By LORENC RABETA Over the past few weeks, the Ministry of Finance has disbursed around 15 million dollars to settle obligations arising from court decisions in favor of those dismissed from the administration, as well as private companies that have won cases against state institutions. Sources from the Ministry of Finance indicate that, in total, the court decisions to be paid by institutions in favor of those dismissed and in favor of companies amount to 40 million dollars. Those same sources also announce that in the coming weeks the remaining 25 million dollars will be disbursed, thanks to an instruction from the Minister of Finance that gives institutions 10 days to make payment to the affected individuals or entities. The Ministry of Finance states that the overwhelming share of the total 40 million dollars concerns the payment of court decisions in favor of those dismissed from work. In just the last two weeks...
