The court decides to morally compensate the family of Pjetër Arbnori, who was called the “Mandela” of Albania, after in a book authored by the former political convict T. K. he is described as a “collaborator of the State Security.” The two levels of the judiciary order the defendant T. K., author of the book “Don Slobodani i Serbisë,” to compensate with 1,000 lek as moral damages caused to the relatives of the deceased.
