The figures are reported by the Institute of Public Health, which, after cross-checking the data received from other cities, states that water contamination above the permitted standard is also found in 6 other cities. The city with the highest level of contamination is Koplik, with a full 47 percent of samples, followed by the city of Lezha, with 26.44% of the reported samples. High levels of contamination were also found in Has (23% of samples) and Peshkopi (13% of samples). The level of E. coli is reported to be somewhat lower in On page 9
