According to her, although there has been progress in reforming the justice system, Albania still has a long way to go because the gap remains regardless of both the legislative framework and the implementation of the law. “Some measures are still on hold and a full assessment of the reform is very difficult because of the lack of specific indicators,” Reding emphasizes in this exclusive interview for “Gazeta Shqiptare”.
