While the Tirana court has
formally begun procedures
for the bankruptcy of the
pyramid firm “Sude”, only
40 creditors took part in the
meeting of 18 March, where
it was reported on the assets
that remained and the way
they would be distributed.
According to Mimoza
Çibuku, who is responsible
for administering the bank-
ruptcy procedures of this
company, “Sude” owns no
real estate assets, only finan-
cial assets.
The administrator con-
firmed to “Gazeta Shqiptare”
that at last month’s meeting
only about 40 creditors ap-
peared, while according to
her, a considerable amount
of financial assets still re-
main in the company’s pos-
session. “I cannot give infor-
mation about the total assets,
but there is a relatively con-
siderable sum of money,
while it owns no real estate.
At the meeting of 18 March,
approximately 40 creditors
out of a total of 19 thousand
