Chief Prosecutor Adriatik Llalla stated yesterday that the killing of 4 people in a nightclub on Rruga e Elbasanit occurred after a dispute over drugs. Speaking on the program “Top Story” by journalist Sokol Balla, the Prosecutor General said it has been proven that the killer is Kostandin Xhuvani. “We have a current minister of the “Rama” government under investigation. We are in the initial phase of the investigation. If he is found guilty, we will certainly arrest him,” Llalla said in the interview.
