The order was, they told me, “if he is with his son, kill both of them” By KLODIANA LALA The justice collaborator, Julian Sinanaj, has given prosecutors a detailed account of the killing of fisherman Sokol Veizi in August 2011. “Gazeta Shqiptare” brings today Sinanaj’s testimony, in which he states that Veizi’s killing was carried out for property-related motives and was ordered by the M. cousins in Vlorë. During questioning by prosecutors from the Serious Crimes Prosecution on 25 October 2014, the accused hired killer, Julian Sinanaj, testified that he wounded Veizi and then spoke with him. The victim explained to Sinanaj the reasons why M. wanted them to kill him. The “justice collaborator” listened, told him “forgive me for getting you mixed up in this,” and then shot him in the head.
