The Serious Crimes Prosecutor’s Office has seized two notarial contracts, which prove the transfer of ownership of these real estate properties into the name of Julian’s mother, Zana Sinanaj. Sources close to the investigative team said that in one of the contracts signed before notary A.M., it turns out that Marjon Mitro, suspected of ordering the explosive device discovered on 13 January 2014 in the car of the prefect of Vlora county, Besnik Dervishi, transferred to the mother of the suspect Sinanaj ownership of a real estate property, specifically a house. Verification shows that this property is located within the city of Vlora and is suspected to have been given to Sinanaj as “payment” for the execution he was supposed to carry out, that of Dervishi, a plan he could not complete because the explosive device was discovered as the prefect’s car was entering the parking area...
