A laboratory for the production and processing of heroin and cocaine has been discovered in the Albania-Kosovo border area. As part of a joint anti-drug operation between the Kosovo Police and the Albanian Police, it has been possible to seize more than 175 kilograms of drugs of various types, 850 liters of precursors, as well as arrest 6 people. Police sources say that the laboratory for the production and processing of narcotic substances was located in Kosovo, but from there the drugs were brought to Albania and stored in Fushë-Kuqe in Mamurras, at the home of Xhaver Çela, who has been declared wanted and is identified as the father of Gëzim Çela, mentioned as the drug baron. In this house, the State Police Organized Crime structures seized 18 kg of heroin and around 100 kg of marijuana, 850 liters of mixing liquid, as well as an armored vehicle, weapons and combat ammunition, including snipers....
