Registration deadline, until 22 September By ERMELINDA HOXHAJ The winners for the public universities for the new academic year 2014-2015 will be announced on 16 September. This is the official date set by the Ministry of Education in a special instruction, together with the steps students must follow to register in the departments they have won. Candidates have until 17-22 September to register. Of the 45,000 high school graduates who sat the Matura exams and filled out form A2, only 19,000 will win the right to study. During the online registration procedures, candidates have two options: either to complete final registration and end the competition for a higher preference; or to register, but in the online registration option indicate that they continue competing further. If a candidate fails to register online for any reason, they lose the right to continue the process, with their right to study being forfeited. “The preliminary list... On page 14
