Military cooperation project EXCLUSIVE/ DOCUMENT REVEALED: JOINT DEFENSE ACADEMY The National Security and Defense Center publishes a 13-point study: Civil-military port for Kosovo, Joint Unit for international peacekeeping operations A joint military academy, a civil-military port for Kosovo in Albania, and a Task Force for coordinated integration into NATO. These are three of the proposals that experts from the National Security and Defense Center have outlined in the document titled: Project for Cooperation in the Field of Defense Albania-Kosovo. This study, published by “Gazeta Shqiptare”, was prepared by Colonel Thimi Hidhra and Lieutenant Colonels Kanan Himaj and Arben Bregu. It suggests the approval of a strategic partnership between the two countries. The National Security and Defense Center is an institution under the Ministry of Defense.
