The second meeting on May 19 By LORENC RABETA The court’s opening of bankruptcy proceedings for the pyramid scheme firm “Sudë” has in recent days caused a considerable flow of requests regarding the amount of money that will be distributed to creditors. According to Mimoza Çibuku, the state court-appointed administrator handling the bankruptcy proceedings, only in recent days dozens of creditors have appeared in her office. “The number of creditors is very large and their flow increases day by day. While at the first meeting only 40 creditors appeared who were aware of the bankruptcy proceedings, at the second meeting, on May 19, their number will be much higher,” explains Mimoza Çibuku, the bankruptcy administrator. The administrator explains that all those creditors who missed the first meeting are still in time to take part in the second one, stressing that they will be subject to the new procedures. “No creditor...
