The notary who registered the property in the name of the stepmother of the hired “killer”, Julian Sinanaj, is being questioned. Sources from the investigative group say that the notary, with the initials Arta M., stated in her testimony that at the signing of this contract both Sinanaj and the other arrested man, Andon Mëhillaj, were present. He is suspected of having ordered several killings in the city of Vlorë. Just four days after the murder of the fisherman from Orikum, Sokol Velizaj, the suspected hired killer, Julian Sinanaj, and the other arrested man, Andon Mëhillaj, appeared at notary A.M.’s office in the city of Vlorë and asked to sign a contract for an apartment. Sources from the investigative group in this case explain that during the testimony she had never seen the persons before, stressing that both of them behaved somewhat strangely, because they did not...
