The Council of Ministers has
defined through a decision
yesterday the procedure for
evaluating the work results of
civil servants, as well as the
structures that will carry out
this process.
The evaluation of work
results is a process that is
repeated every year with the
exception of 2014. For this
year the government makes
an exception, determining
that the planning of the
servants’ evaluation will not
be done in December, but
must be completed by 1 April.
“Exceptionally for 2014, the
planning phase according to
the provision of letter
“A”, point 12, chapter II, of
this decision must be completed
within 30 April 2014”. The
decision of the Council of
Ministers specifies. The evaluation of
work results for a civil servant
of the executive, lower and
middle management category
is carried out jointly by the
reporting officer, the countersigning
officer and the authorizing
officer.
